Description
1974 JENSEN HEALEY MARK II CONVERTIBLE ROADSTER
This superb 1974 Jensen Healey Mark II roadster is powered by the 145-hp, 16-valve, 2-liter Lotus 907 twin-cam engine coupled to a four-speed manual transmission which translates into FUN! By way of comparison a TR6 of the same period offered only 105 hp and the MGB barely 80. Top speed of the Jensen Healey was approximately 125 mph. Fully restored with only the clock, gas gauge (or sender unit) and the heater fan rocker switch to be completed. Included is the Jensen Healey Workshop Manual. Equipped with electronic ignition, the engine starts right up with a turn of the key and the Lotus Overhead Cam 16 Valve engine runs very smooth and very strong. Mechanically very sound, no issues with the clutch or brakes. No rust. The pictures tell the story. This was the last of the hand built British production sports cars. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT DRIVER READY TO GO, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU.
