The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 Non Refundable Payment deposit within 24 Hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 Days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle or the vehicle can be released for transport.
Fees and Taxes: $889 documentation fee is applied to any transaction even if it is a wholesale transaction. Arizona residents subject to Arizona Sales Tax and License Fees. Out of State residents will pay any sales tax or licensing fees due in their state of residence. Out of state buyers are responsible for all State, County, City Taxes and Fees, as well as, Title/Registration Fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered, unless customer would like for Luxury Auto Collection to provide this service at an additional cost. A 90-day temporary registration comes with every transaction to provide safe transport to any state and allow time for registration.
