Description
This was a frame off restoration so ill
try and be as thorough as possible.
The front suspension is mustang II with lowered stiffer springs, frame has been painted same color as the car, and what hasn't been painted is polished chrome or aluminum.
The hood, cowl vent, windows, doors (shaved), and trunk are all powered by electric motors.I loved going to car shows and pulling into our space and watching everyone gawk as I hit the buttons raising the hood and trunk revealing the beautifully detailed engine bay and fully finished trunk.
Engine is a Chevy 350 CID bored .40 over, high rise intake with two 4 barrel 650 cfm carburetors, and high loping cam for sound and power. The engine was designed to sound nice and look cool and we accidentally made an incredibly powerful engine.
Tie the engine with a turbo 350 tranny with sport shift kit and then send that power to a posi ford 9 inch rear end with 3.55 gears and you've got one heck of a fast car.
This was a driving car so it does have a few rock chips but overall in great shape. The restoration work was finished about 11 years ago, since then it has gone to hundreds of car shows and has won many trophies.
Originally owned by my dad, we had built this together, he past away last year. Unfortunately i do not have the means of keeping the car, or maintaining it properly, so i need it to go to a good home. Not only is it a special car to me, it is a special car period. With only about 1,500 of this model made the car is incredibly rare, though i have seen half a dozen 1937 Hudsons over the years, i have only ever seen one other business coupe, and it was a rat. Your guaranteed to get a unique car with this one.
If you have questions please ask
$1,000 will be due within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Full payment will be due within 10 days of the close of the auction. If full payment is not received the deposit will be forfeit and i will re-list the car.
I will not deliver it any where, you must pick it up. If you can not pick it up right away please notify me to make arrangements.
It can be driven but it has been in storage for a few years, so you may want to trailer it before it gets a tune-up.
