Peugeot 307 Silver Convertible, Auto, 2.0 Petrol, 2007/57 Reg, 2 Former Keepers, Mot 12th September 2015, Tax End Of August 2014,107k Miles, Electric Windows, Remote Central Locking, Power Steering, Electric Mirrors, Stereo Cd Player (Steering Column Controlled), Air Con / Climate Control, Rake & Reach Steering, Front Fog Lights, Alloys, Electric Folding Roof.
I have been asked by my Mother-In-Law to sell this for her as she has no Ebay account.
I will now give you an honest description of the car:
She has owned the car for 2 years & has the full Log Book in her name & all of the Mot's, but has lost the service history & reciepts for work carried out on the car, it may pop up at a later date but for now its not available.
The cars engine was rebuilt in 2012 & cost her just over £1,000, I can give you the name of the local garage where the work was carried out & they can confirm this.
Just before she bought the car it had a new gearbox from a Peugeot main dealers.
It's just passed its Mot with only 2 minor advisories & they were slight play in both track rod ends £12 for a pair on Ebay
The Engine is superb & you can't even hear it run on tickover
The Gearbox is perfect
The Bodywork has got a few minor scuffs, scratches, or dints around it & it needs a new grill cover £45 on Ebay
The Alloy wheels could do with a refurb
The Tyres are good allround about 70% tread left on each
The Interior is good condition, everything works, with no warning lights on the dash
The Depollution fluid was changed last month
Both bottom ball joints have just been replaced
The Electric Folding Roof works perfectly
All in all it has been a very reliable car since she had the engine rebuilt it has only done 1500 miles & it is mechanically sound. The car could just do with a bit of TLC to tidy up the minor car park, scuffs & stratches to make it 100% again!
I've had the local dealers round here offering £2k for it but its worth more than that so they we're shown the door rapidly as I don't have time for all that nonsense.
I won't be taking any stupid offers on her behalf but am obviously aware that it needs a bit of minor bodywork so am happy to have a reasonable deal with somebody.
I suggest viewing before purchase because you bid to buy not to haggle & the price you bid is the price you pay.
