Description
Fully serviced and maintained by current owner and only reason I'm selling this one, is I bought a newer one.
This was the first Peugeot I'd bought and it's been superb, hence, buying another one.
Plus as is 2.0HDi Tax is £105 per year cheaper than the 2.2HDi variant.
This vehicle is as well equipped as a top range BMW, Audi or Merc and considerably cheaper, Peugeot did a fantastic job here.
The good, pretty much everything, most of this car does not look 13 years old and it certainly doesn't drive that way, average of 40mpg around town and far more on a good long run, I've driven to Amsterdam & back on a tank and had a good amount spare. Huge boot and rear seat back folds down to increase space even further.
Rear parking sensors have been replaced by me, as previous replacements failed.
New brakes, clutch, timing belt, DPF & exhaust.
Has detachable tow bar and only used to tow a trailer tent, nothing heavy.
The bad, there are some small dents, 1 in driver door, caused by a careless person parking and then no respect for others when opening door. small dent in FOS wing, one by right hand side of boot and finally one caused by well known chain who didn't know where to place jack under near side sill :-(. Display fades when warm, never found this to be an issue and would have added cooling fans, if I'd kept the vehicle, it's fine when the air con is running and cooling things down.
The ugly, alloys are looking a bit old, Awesome Wheels and similar companies will refurb from around £65 per wheel, and some scuffs on lowest part of front ad rear bumpers
