This beautiful Pininfarina-manufactured Peugeot D9 Coupe is offered for sale. Made in Italy and finished at Peugeot in France this is one of only 463 coupes imported into Au/NZ and 105000 worldwide. Full black leather interior, 4 seater and very low Km's for the year. Very smooth transmission and a very quiet car.
Made in the June 1999 in the transition period between D8 and D9, it has the updated dash and the 144kw engine. The later Porsche developed multiplexed engine had 12kw more power output and variable cam timing, but lost half that through more complicated pollution controls and perhaps more fragile ignition system. I believe the preferred motor is the Peugeot ES9J4 in my car. The ZF transmission has 3 modes to make this very versatile. The drivers seat has 2 memory positions and both front seats are heated and electrically adjusted. Air-conditioning has been re-gassed and climate-control is operating properly. Sports suspension sticks it to the road, very flat, no roll. Interior is very clean and unmarked apart from a scuff on the bead of the driver's seat. The electrochromatic mirror is fully functional.
