>This 1966 Barracuda Formula “S” edition has the Original Rebuilt 273 CID 235 HP V8 motor in it with a New edelbrock 4-barrel electronic choke carburetor and it is running very well. The motor still has its Original Valve Covers and a Super Commando Air cleaner Electronic Ignition was added to improve performance and reliability. If you know anything about these motors you know they are one of the best motors Chrysler ever made and last forever. This car sounds Like a Beast with the dual exhausts
The Black Interior is original and had been re-upholstered, NICE Original front bucket seats, Nice Original rear bench seat, nice Original dash pad and gauge panel (all ORIGINAL gauges are working) nice Original door panels and a nice ORIGINAL steering wheel. This BEAUTY is nicely equipped, including Original Am Radio, factory retractable seat belts and Original remote driver’s chrome exterior mirror. The ODO shows 43,581 miles were told were original miles, but actual miles are unknown.some blemishes and small chips, but a really nice car
This 1966 Barracuda Formula “S” edition is quite a deal at a price that is low on this rare investment car. This Barracuda has good looks and awesome power as well and is a really fun to drive! I drove this around town and on the parkway and it ran great, it drove it 70 MPH on the freeway and had plenty of pedal left. Check out the Anson “Mag” wheels with new steel belted radial tires boy do they look Great on this car! They really give it that nostalgia "Muscle Car" look. These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners, any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension is good working with air shocks. 1966 marked the last year of first generation Barracudas. The Formula S options package also includes a 273 4bbl 235 HP motor, sport suspension, upgraded tires, tachometer and torque flute automatic transmission.
The BEAUTIFUL Bright Red exterior paint on this vehicle is New and in Nice condition as you can see in the pictures above and below with only a few small imperfections,
