Description
This car is originally from California. The Simi Valley area. I have owned it since 1997. Purchased it from the 2nd owner. It is a running and driving car. I have too many vehicles in my collection and don't ever see myself getting a restoration done on it. I don't drive it much so I think it is time for it to go to a new home where it will get all the TLC it deserves. The car is a 440 4 bbl with automatic trans and 3:55 rear ratio. The brakes are power disc and have been rebuilt. The leaf springs have been re-arched. The front bushings and tie rod ends have been replaced. The rear center section has been re built and the axle bearings have been replaced. The car was painted in the late 80's and has a few chips here and there but still looks presentable to go to cruise nights or shows. The interior is still all original.
To add to the sale, I have a disassembled parts car that is also a 1970 GTX. This car was a highly optioned car and has everything you will need to put the remaining cool options on the driving car. The instrument cluster has the tic-toc-tach. The trim is there for installing a vinyl top. The center console with the shifter and all the linkage is there. All the interior and exterior trim. Doors, Hood, RH fender(sold the LH one), deck lid, core support, bumpers, brackets, grille, headlight bezels, and many many more small parts all removed from the car.
I am sure I left out some information that you will need to know. Give me a call and ask. I will be glad to talk to you. Thanks for looking. Good luck with the bidding.
Legal stuff: A $500 deposit required at end of auction. The remainder of payment and pick up of the car in 5 days. Cash is best. Ask me if you want to pay a different way and I will consider it. The sale is final. No refunds or returns. Title is free and clear and in my possession.
