Description

1969 Plymouth Road Runner Coupe
This original factory paint NUMBERS MATCHING ENGINE Road Runner was born a California car, where it remained until 9 years ago, when it ended up awaiting a restoration that never happened in a barn in Colorado. Finally the car was saved by a gentleman in Illinois, who began a very detailed restoration, but could not afford to finish the car. I bought the car with the intentions of making a small profit or finishing the restoration myself.

This car is running and driving great!!! Needs body and paint, door panels, headliner, radio and the smaller details that go along with a complete restoration. The hard part is done! This car has all solid factory sheet metal, floor pans, trunk pan and frame rails. Right front fender was repainted long ago, trunk lid was recently repainted because it had been replaced with a yellow trunk lid, the rest of car is original paint. The worst spot on the car is behind the rear wheel and would only require a patch, not a whole quarter panel. Orange rims are no longer on car, car has black rims.
I will be happy to answer questions and send more pictures of the car, if desired. I have represented this car with pictures and text to the best of my knowledge. The car has a clear title and is still titled in Colorado, by the supposed 3rd owner. This car is being sold AS IS and is currently for sale locally and can be removed from the auction at any time.
