Description
Up for auction is this all original 1950 Plymouth Woody Wagon. Restoration work was started almost 30 years ago, but then intermittently discontinued. The car has been stored in dry storage ever since. The headliner and seats had been redone years ago and still look very good. In order to make it a driver, we recently had to perform the following repairs:
1. Installation of a complete brake system which consisted of a new master cylinder, new wheel cylinders & hardware, new brake shoes, & brake lines.
2. Installation of new gas tank with sending unit. (Sending unit is not wired yet.)
3. Installation of new fuel pump.
4. Installation of new gas line going from the new gas tank to the new fuel pump.
5. Cleaning and make usable of a new carburetor.
6. Cleaning, adjustment, and installation the distributor. (Distributor needs a new vacuum advance.)
This car runs, drives, and stops however; it will need more adjustments & tweaking to be considered a daily driver.
Selling as is. No warranty of any kind provided.
Buyer must pay within 3 days of auction end. Buyer must arrange forpickup within 7 days upon cleared funds. All costs to transport vehicleshall be the responsibility of the buyer.
