Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to feature this cool cruiser 1964 Pontiac Bonneville convertible for sale on consignment at our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. The Bonneville line up, which consisted of a 2-door convertible like this car to body styles such as a 4-door station wagon and 2/4 door hardtop, was Pontiac's most luxurious brand during the 1960's. This car was restored at Roush Special Vehicles in Michigan and comes in a lavish Cream paintjob with all-new chrome and a Tan power-operated convertible top. The Bonneville has some unique stock styling features to go with the tasteful restoration such as stacked headlights and blended chrome bumpers in the front and rear. “Bonneville" script can be found on the grille, side moldings and rear fascia. Under the hood in the clean engine compartment of this desirable ride is a massive 461 CID V8 that pushes out 425hp according to literature we have on this build. Featuring power steering, power brakes, an aluminum radiator (support bracket is signed by Jack Roush himself!), 4bbl carburetor and Edelbrock aluminum intake this Pontiac looks all set to perform well on the open road. This vehicle is also equipped with a 4-speed 4L60E automatic transmission (GM sourced) with overdrive which helps control the power whether you're cruising or thrashing the gas. Inside, this Pontiac starts to get real fancy with two-tone Tan and Brown leather seating consisting of bench seats for the driver and passenger, factory style dash with walnut wood trim and stylish steering wheel with chrome horn ring that will please the originalists. The added retro stereo and heater controls give you something to play with for comfort and as far as driver information goes an aftermarket voltage, oil pressure and water temperature gauges have been added. This was a premium General Motors offering, and it shows even better today thanks to this tasteful restoration. [ omitted ].
