1968 Pontiac Firebird

428 powered (YH heads) While I don't know the full story behind the car as we purchased at an auction 3 years ago, I'll describe this Firebird as accurately as possible. First, it looks and drives fantastic. It's equipped with the above mentioned 428, 4 speed, and disc brakes. The VIN tracks this to originally be a 350 2 barrel car with 4 speed. I see nothing on the car that wasn't updated. The suspension, gas lines, tank, transmission and basically everything appears to be very new. I also assume the 428 was newly built at that time as well. The paint, body, interior, and engine compartment are all exceptionalnot perfect, but pretty close!
When we purchased the car it was equipped with red line bias ply tires. We installed red line radials greatly enhancing the drivability. The bias ply tires are available should the buyer wish to keep the originality of the car.
In addition we upgraded the existing AM radio by sending it to R&B vintage radio. There it was upgraded to am/fm stereo with aux inputs and blue tooth with voice command. By doing this you can utilize the music from your phone or place calls all through the original radio. The speakers are built into the kick pads.
