2002 Firebird Trans Am WS-6 Convertible, Red exterior, black interior

Jay Leno calls the 2002 Firebird an "overlooked gem" and that is what you find here. The WS-6 package helps keep the 5.7 Liter engine under control and the 6 speed manual transmission makes this car a joy to drive. The previous owner installed a Bassani exhaust system from the stock exhaust manifold back to the tips as well as KYB Gas-A-Just shocks front and back. I recently installed new rear Moog springs, a secondary air injection pump and secondary air injection reaction valve.
The engine is the star of this Trans-Am and will get up and go when you need it. The interior is in fantastic shape except for a small crack in the door panel on each door. The exterior is in ok shape and is shining brightly, with a few scratches around the vehicle (who doesn't have a few more blemishes on their exterior than they did 19 years ago?). The covers for the pop up lights and the driver side rocker panel need to be painted due to chips, but I decided to let the new owner determine how, or if, they wanted to do that (It shoud not be too difficult since they are removeable). There is no eveidence of paint work and no accidents reported.
The convertible top looks like it is brand new and works like a charm. If you are looking for a fun sports car to drive that has endless upgrade potential, this is the car for you. I get compliments all the time on this car and it will be missed.
