Description
1989 Firebird Formula 305 tuned port with 26000 miles.My hobby is to find sleeper cars that have been neglected or thru estate sales, get them in top shape, drive them a while then sell.I got this car thru an estate sale, it had been neglected a while by the brother in law of the owner after the original owners death.
The car has power windows, mirrors, cruise, tilt, remote hatch release and rear window defroster, limited slip rear (2:73) with drum brakes.The A/C has been repaired and converted to 134A and blows cold.Everything works.T roofs do not leak.The car runs flawlessly.I replaced the spark plugs, changed oil to synthetic. I added a wonder bar and sub frame connectors and reduced the rear sway bar to a 19mm unit.( I still have the stock bar and it will go with the car.)The wrap around spoiler was shot and I replaced it with a fiberglass repro. The power antenna was shot so I added a new fixed mast antenna. The radio has an MP3 jack in it so you can play your cell phone files for music, the radio still works for regular play. Interior is near flawless and I replaced both sill plates that were cracked.Exterior is good, a few rock chips but the paint is good and there is absolutely no rust on the body or underbody. ( It appears that the right front fender has been repainted at sometime. But the rest of the car still has the original paint. I'll add as many pictures as I can but if you would like to see something let me know.
