1994 Pontiac Firebird Formula V8
All original LT1 6 speed car
-only 66500 original miles since new (approx.105900kms)
-well optioned car (chrome wheel package, sport suspension, 3.42 Limited slip axle)
-37U Dark Aqua Metallic Exterior and 14B Pewter Cloth Interior
The Good
-brand new Firestone Indy 500 rubber all around (proper size and fitment)
-transmission and clutch completely replaced and rebuilt using Tremec rebuild kit (total cost $3350 Canadian/$2600 U.S.) and factory clutch complete
-all original except for the aftermarket stereo system (tasteful install; no damage to the dash)
-runs great, driven every nice day, presentable with no previous bodywork
-underbody excellent, never seen a day of winter, roadsalt
-trim, weatherstrip, glass all excellent condition
-no water leakage, no mildew, mold, smells
-no drivetrain leaks, noises or unusual operation of any sort
-no body repair work, no accidents, no damage hidden or otherwise
The Expected
-usual wear and tear of 20+ years on the road
-a few rub marks from daily useage
-a few interior scuffs from shoes getting in and out
-could use a vacuuming, maybe an interior shampoo
The Bad
-exhaust leakage at left side downpipe when cold; goes away after a few minutes (no broken bolts present; may be the downpipe flange or exhaust manifold)
-hood was repainted due to vandalism and the colour was not perfectly matched (appears sightly lighter)
In Summation
All in all, a very presentable driveable all original example that has never been modified, cut up or beat on. The pictures were taken on October 15th, overcast day. The car had not been washed or polished so what you see is what the car normally looks likeno misrepresentation in any way.
It is a used car so no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied but it is safe and driven regularly and works as it should.
