Description
Offered is an EXTREMELY Nice 1973 Pontiac Grand AM coupewith only 78,550 original miles (could go up slightly with test drives). Thiscar is originally from the dry Pueblo, Colorado area and was shipped to me herein also rust free Chattanooga, Tn 4 years ago. I am selling due to lack of use.It is a dream to drive and its had no mechanical issues. It has the originalEndura nose! and yes its had a nose job and by the finest "plastic surgeon"group in the SE at Peachtree Auto Body here in Chattanooga. Repainted in 2013the original Florentine Red Metallic. Cloth Interior is all original andstunning. There is a crack in middle of dash and AM/FM radio is a working olderaftermarket thru newer rear speakers. Undercarriage is very clean. Converted ACblows COLD!
Originally designed to be the GTO, the Grand Am instead rolled out as itsown model, designed to compete with European coupes and sedans of the time, withthe LeMans-based exterior and the Grand Prix interior, and a handling packagebettered domestically by only the Corvette and the Firebird/Camaro. Deep bucketseats with lumbar supports, as well as the more refined wood-grained Grand Prixdash and thick padded steering wheel made the Grand Am a driver's kind ofcar. It has a Radial Tuned Suspension with 15 inch radial tires with huge front and rear anti-sway barsadded for the driving experience. 1973 saw 34,435 Grand Am coupes built. This isone car GM got right the 1st time. There is no comparison to its GM cousins,Regal, Cutlass, Chevelle.
Please ask any and all questions. I can be reached at 941-953-9565. Its amajic jack # and does not receive texts. Please leave a message if I'munavailable.
