This is a real deal GTO, it currently has a non running small block Chevy and a GM automatic. The drivetrain is complete and would probably run, but what you really want is the body and rust free frame to put your twin turbo LS in or a real Pontiac 400 to restore back to original.
The body has never had any bodywork, it has its original burgundy paint. It originally had a black vinyl top. The trim for the drip rails are in the trunk and are in good shape. The bottom of both the front and rear window have rust and these sections will need cut out and replaced. These are known rust places so the patch panels are plentiful and cheap in the aftermarket. Obviously the body is pretty straight, but both rear corners are munched a little and the front bumper is missing and the condition of the grill would lead me to believe this car found its way into a ditch many years ago.

The interior is what you see, both front buckets (with headrests) rear seat, and console with his/hers dual gate shifter. This was a column shift automatic car and that is still in place. No hole has been cut in the floor so you can choose what you’d want. The shifter wasn't with the car when I took the pictures. I now have a picture if you want to see it.

It has a mismatched set of roller wheels and tires, it rolls easily enough to load onto your trailer or I can help load on a transport.

I bought a 1969 Pontiac Ventura to take apart and use the 400 and TH400 Pontiac stuff in this GTO, The Ventura also has a nice set of Rally wheels with trim rings, lug nuts that would look right on the GTO. They are 15” vs. the 14” that the GTO would have come with. The Ventura was such a nice car I couldn’t take it apart, so I will also have it listed for sale separately.

This car is titled in my name, no surprises, NO RESERVE!!!!
