Description
42,000 or best offer. GTO clone. 6.0 LS2 engine, 4L60e transmission, Yukon duro lock Rear end with 3.73 gears.
Engine has been rebuilt and modified putting out close to 500hp. Transmission has been rebuilt and modified 3500 stall speed converter. Rear end has been rebuilt and modified with a Yukon posi unit and 3.73 gears. Vintage air AC. Rally gages (tach in dash).
Steering column and gear box, convertible top and frame. That is the complete list of systems on the car that was not rebuilt, repaired or replaced.
On the body, the front fenders are about the only sheet metal on the car that is original. Floors, trunk, doors, quarters, hood, trunk lid, front valance, rear tail light section, all replaced professionally, welded and seam sealed. There is no rust on the car under the paint.
Interior speaks for itself. The dash was redone by Just Dashes. They did an outstanding job. If you know who they are, you know what they cost. That is the level of the interior. All of the foam is new, most of the front seats are new, springs, foam, hardware etc.
The front hideaways have been converted to electric, computer is under dash, fuel pump is in tank, retro stereo, vintage air AC system, power front disk brakes, power steering, factory rally gages (tach in dash instead of hood), there is way too much to list and please do not ask me. I am not going to write up a dissertation for everyone who asks. I will tell anyone who wants to make an offer anything they want to know, down to cam specs, compression ratio, transmission upgrades, etc.
Car electrical system is factory, engine and transmission are controlled by GM computer along with cooling fans. Not a show car. It was built to drive and does that well.
The top is in great shape. The frame functions as it should but should be rebuilt the next time the top is replaced. Bushings are worn and hardware has play in it. Needs nothing else. Thanks for looking.
