1970 Lemans Sport Convertible/GTO Clone. Rare Optioned, Numbers Matching 400 (XX code) Engine, 400 Turbo Transmission. Rare Factory Optioned A/C, Rare Factory Optioned Power Windows, Power Front Disk Brakes, Power Steering, and Power Convertible Top. New Rear Quarter Panels Installed, New Complete GTO Front End. Original GTO Endura Bumper. The car has Headers and a Dual Exhaust System with Crossover Pipe and Flow Master Mufflers. The car had been sitting for approximately 3 years prior to my purchase. The car starts right up, engine sounds good and strong, no smoking or knocking, but has exhaust leaks. The Engine has some oil leaks and the transmission pan gasket leaks, believed to be from the car sitting. The car runs and drives, and shifts good. It has a newly rebuilt 4-Core Radiator and a new Thermostat. New Front Springs installed with Eurothane Stabelizer Link Bushings. New HEI Distributor and spark plug wires, new battery and new battery cables. All new headlights. The car is in primer from the doors back. Much more work has been done to the car. I have a lot of photos of the car Including the restoration work. I also have a folder full of receipts from the original owner. It appears that the engine was rebuilt in 2006.
