I Purchased this car from the family that bought it new in 1979. 100% rust free. Stored in a garage only driven on nice days. It still has the original catalytic converter on the dual exhaust. Original Carpet, seats, door panels and floor mats that came with the car new.
It is a loaded, every optioned hard top car you could buy. Power windows, locks , brakes, steering, cruise control, tilt wheel, original 8 track stereo, positraction rear end. Deluxe interior.
Has Fresh paint Heritage brown metallic that looks amazing. I have pictures of car before it was painted to show it was perfect just faded paint and decals. Nothing covered up.
Doors open and close like new.
Few more things that make this car stick out is the original grey straps that hold the bucket seats from going too far forward look excellent. These are usually cut or wore out.
The tail light have no small stress cracks in them which is common on these cars. Tail lights look new and are original.. The shaker hood scoop is uncut and factory.. The cover under the dash steering column to get to fuse panel is in place. Usually these were thrown out when someone got to the fuse panel.
The car still has the outside factory body molding to protect from doors.
The owner did not need to rebuild engine or transmission but he had the taken out and rebuilt with larger cam and shift kit in Transmission for better performance. This was done less the 5000 miles ago.
Runs and drive very nice. I have notice the temp gauge does not work. The trunk key hole is missing also.
It has been setting for 4-5 years but I drove it a couple hundred miles in the last few months. The Air conditioning work when they parked it but needs recharged now.
Has some parts in trunk with jack. Comes with original window sticker and build sheet from factory. Owners manual and paperwork.
Car is old preserved last of the muscle car history. Very rare in this condition.
