Porsche: 356 1600 SC Karmann COUPE

This car was delivered in July of 1964 by Brumos Jacksonville to a gentleman from Lakeland, FL. The car then sold to a personal friend of mine near Sebring FL who performed all of the body work, cutting out all rusted areas and replacing with metal, along with new floor pans. The numbers matching engine (#812402 616/16) underwent a complete overhaul in 2013 and has only approximately 100 run-in miles. This is the highest horse power offered in the 356 SC at 107hp. The original transmission (#79918 741/2C) was checked for worn teeth and bearing wear at the same time of the engine rebuild.
The car has a new interior of black leatherette, and new German square weave carpet. The headliner is new, and all glass is intact, no cracks or spiderwebs. The windshield is original, and tinted from the factory. There are 2 headrests included, along with driver's manual and tool kit. The car is equipped with 5 new tires on chrome wheels, and a complete full service was done in April of 2015.
This is a solid honest car that will make an excellent daily driver, or a great candidate for the next level of restoration.
