2008 Porsche 911 Carrera S, also known as the 997.1
This is the 3.8 liter, 355 HP, the larger engine of the 997.1 as other models have the 3.6 liter.
If your looking for a car that will turn heads, go fast, this car is for you. It lives up to the name and has been my first 911. I will have more but currently raising teenagers and pursuing flying so I am letting go of this beauty. There are not many black on black coupes available and remember the hard top is stiffer and if you are looking to track the car one day, here you go. I have kept it in the garage each and every night, pampered it and haven't redlined or smoked the tires any as they are Michelins.
It sticks to the road well past my ability and desire so you will enjoy quite nicely on a curvy road or trip through the mountains, just hit the sport mode button and she stiffens up even tighter. I compare it to driving a go-cart but much faster as you can feel every inch of the road I have had no IMS bearing issues and I have not had the car personally repaired for any engine issues.

A 5-speed Tiptronic S, allows for very fast shifting.
