2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4

For sale is my 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4. The car is in exceptional condition and has 52,215 miles, and I can truthfully say that they have mostly been highway miles under my ownership. This car was delivered new to The Collection in Miami and has been serviced there nearly exclusively as per CarFax's records, with the exception being services that I had completed at Porsche Naples. This car is finished in Racing Yellow with black leather interior and Racing Yellow seatbelts. It is in fantastic shape and has always been garage kept and used only as a second car. The car has the 20-inch Carrera Classic wheels, the PDK transmission, and the SiriusXM Satellite Radio Tuner as options, and the original MSRP was $100,570. I have all the original documentation/manuals and the original window sticker. The car is currently sitting on Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires which have about 3/4 of tread life remaining. In addition, I have had the following work done:
- 4 year service completed in October 2020. This included new spark plugs, new ignition coils, new cabin air filters, and an oil change
- 6 year service completed in February 2021 at Porsche Naples. This included new drive belts and a cleaning of the throttle body
- New battery installed in June 2021
- New Audison front speakers installed in January 2021
The car also has a Fidelity Gold extended warranty that I will be happy to transfer to you. It expires in October 2023 or upon reaching 71,000 miles. I have not had to use it. The CarFax report does show "minor damage" to the rear of the car in 2014. My assumption is that it was rear-ended and the rear bumper was repaired. The title is clean and the car is under lien from PenFed.
The car runs perfectly and has provided me with many smiles throughout my time owning it. I am only selling the car because life is short and I really want a Turbo. I am asking $68,900 for the car and am open to reasonable offers. The car is currently in my garage in Miami and won't be driven much. I am requesting a $500 deposit immediately upon winning the auction and the remaining balance/coordination with PenFed within 7 days, unless we mutually agree otherwise. If you require shipping, you will coordinate it and I will help as best as I can. I am not releasing the car from my possession until we have coordinated payoff of the lien with PenFed together.
