This sharp looking G body 911 comes in the very unique color of Cassis Red Metallic, which defies an easy description. It changes radically depending on the light. In low light situations, it’s warm and reddish bronze. In brighter light, it takes on a pronounced redish tone. Either way, it’s truly a special and rare color to find on these cars.
Both front fenders and the front hood are fitted with a SunTek paint protection film. There are some cosmetic imperfections here and there, so please look at the photos carefully to examine the condition of the car. According to the paint meter readings, it is the original paint from the factory. The numbers on the front of the car are slightly higher due to the paint protection film. The factory front headlights have been upgraded with splendid looking Flat 6 lead headlights, which add a real cool factor to this 911.
The Burgundy Leather Interior has been nicely taken care of and is overall in very good shape. The seats are plush and very comfortable. The carpeting throughout is clean. All the gauges and instruments are fully functional, including the sunroof and the AC. Fitting upgrades consist of a MOMO steering wheel, Rennline pedal set, Coco mats, both front and rear, and a Kenwood Stereo!
Performance wise, this Porsche is spot on, and the very desirable G50 transmission truly highlights this car’s shifting action! The power comes from the 3.2-liter flat-six, featuring Bosch Motronic fuel injection and ignition management for a factory rating of 214 horsepower. The car starts right up and the engine has a steady idle.
The car spent its first 14 years in Illinois, and later about the same amount of time in Tennessee. In 2015 the car traveled to North Carolina and then for a short spell to Oklahoma City, OK.
Factory options:
018 - Steering wheel with elevated hub.
158 - Cassette-radio Blaupunkt Reno SQR 46.
220 - Locking differential 40%(Limited Slip)
454 - Automatic speed control.
473 - Front and rear spoiler.
533 - Alarm.
650 - Sun-moon-roof.
Because of this car's rareness and notoriety, it will really stand out at Porsche Club events, Cars and Coffee, and in general, everywhere! The upside investment potential is incredible, making it a car you can drive and enjoy!
Collector car financing available at competitive rates.
