Winning bidder must contact seller within 24 hours of the auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $5000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. The car is to be sold in Chicago Illinois. The transaction is not complete untill the car is paid in full and all original documents are signed and returned to us.
The vehicle can be inspected any day with prior appointment please call (773)234-6655 in case you would like to inspect the vehicle, the only condition is the car will not be moved and vehicle should be left in its current condition.
Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Taxes are buyer's responsibility for their applicable state. I will supply a Bill of Sale and clean title on this car. The sales price of the car DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY SALES TAX! We would need to collect additional tax if this is a cash sale.

There are 3 other fees associated with the transaction. Doc fee $166.27 ,$30.00 out of state drive-away tag and $50 for UPS Overnight (to and from) for the docs.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle.
