Description
Moving to a 993 Tiptronic (yes, I am getting
older), so it is time to let my 1997 Porsche C2S with manual transmission
go. The car was originally delivered
to Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach, Florida.
The first owner had it from 1997 - 2000 and put 5,000 miles on it during
his 3 year ownership. The second owner
bought it as a CPO car and had it from 2000 – 2007. During those 7 years he put approximately
1,100 miles/year on the car and traded it in to Goldman with 12,500 miles on
the odometer. It was then purchased by a
fellow Rennlister from Tennessee who owned the car from 2007 - 2010 and took it
to 13,800 miles – just 1,300 miles in 3 years.
I imported it to Canada in 2010 and it currently has approximately
17,100 miles.
The car is Arctic Silver with Black partial leather interior, CD player, 18 inch Hollow Twist wheels, sport suspension, motor sound air box, Bird armrest, hood liner, aluminum gauge rings and pedals, 6 disc Sony CD player in trunk. Excellent running car with new battery, hood/trunk struts, tires, 15K service and brake flush all within the last 4,500 miles. All books, keys, tools, certificate of authenticity etc. Beautiful interior and exterior with no dings or dents. Some minor paint chips etc. due to age and use. Excellent mechanical condition with all systems working. The car has a clean car fax showing no accident history and I can forward a recent professional inspection and appraisal performed by a licensed inspector and PCA Director to serious buyers. Also willing to take pics of anything else that one might like to see and have a lift for personal inspections.
Since this car was originally delivered new in the United States, there are no additional duties or taxes required to bring it back to the US – I have a copy of the previous TN title and other docs to substantiate this. Please feel free to contact me with any questions that you might have.

Winning Bidder must wire transfer a $5,000 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction and the balance must be paid within 14 days.
