Description

This is another excellent 993 Twin Turbo from Porsche Centre Calgary. Originally a US car, we purchased it from a McLaren dealer. Lightly modified with a lowered ride height and is an octave louder due to the silencers being hollowed out
(the Cats were retained and it passed its emission test in Ontario.) This 993 TT has benefited from $15,000 in recent service which included a new clutch, pressure plate, driveshaft and torque tube along with new front brakes, suspension links and some misc. items. Overall an excellent mid-mileage driver that has no needs and is ready to be enjoyed.
No record or evidence of any accidents. Front Clip repainted due to rock chips and ugly holes for the front bumper by Cosmos Collision, our Porsche Approved Body Shop.
Overall very attractive with mostly original paint in excellent shape, quality matching respray on front clip, no curb rash, soft and supple weather stripping, excellent glass. Interior beautiful with soft and supple full Flaminco Red leather interior, good dash, headliner carpets. Very minimal wear to armrests, bolsters, central tunnel, sills and carpets.

Shipping and Export:
We are not experts on exporting cars, and potential buyers will need to independently hire a Customs Broker/Importation specialist. That said we are able to help with logistics.
US Importation:
There is a good article on importing cars into the US in the Nov 2015 issue of Sports Car Market Magazine, by John Draneas. Vehicles are subject to 2.5% Duty, and vehicles younger than 25 years old may have to be modified to comply with FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards), and EPA Emission requirements. This vehicle has a production date of April 1993.
European Importation:
We can assist with shipping and logistics for a buyer in Europe. Expect to pay about $5,000 for container shipping in addition to VAT or other importation tax.
Canadian Sales:
Canadian residents will need to pay 5% GST.
About Us:
Porsche Centre Calgary is a Porsche Dealer operating out of Calgary, Alberta Canada. We are approximately 600miles East of Vancouver, and about the same distance from Spokane, WA. We have recently set up an eBay Account, mostly in response to the low Canadian Dollar, which enables us to sell the cars for a lower $US amount. While the Porsche Centre Calgary ebay account is new, I have been active on eBay for 15 years under the username of MercsandRovers. Also I have a Youtube channel under LawrenceR, and a Google search will reveal a significant amount of automotive related content under Lawrence Romanosky. I am the General Sales Manager of Porsche Centre Calgary, and write the descriptions of the cars.
We will be listing a half dozen collectibles in the coming weeks, mostly air cooled Porsches. Thanks for looking.
