The work includes:
Removal of engine to strip &assess.
Supply and fit restraining rings.
Overhaul cylinder heads (skim,de-coke heads & valves, re-lap valves to seats).
Sleeve and fit 6 newpistons
Re-build with new gaskets/ seals.
New modified IMS bearing andspindle.
New crank shaft and oil jets.
Full top end rebuild bothbanks
Crank shaft bearings (big end, main & thrust).
Timing chain set& 2 guides.
Fit lower temp thermostat.
Modify coolingchannels.
New head gasket.
Re-fit and test.
Body work
Thewhole car was stripped down and repainted, the only part that was not repaintedwas the roof, this was done a cost of £4.500.
