1986 Porsche 944 Turbo

Very Nice and Original 1986 Porsche 944 turbo. I have owned the car for over 3 years and only driven it a few hundred miles,it's a garage queen..I am reluctantly selling my cars and focusing my attention on family time, so I am selling the Porsche to buy a truck to pull our family RV..
Although Original, like most Guards red/India red cars this Porsche was resprayed several years ago in its original guards red color but fear not it was a quality 2 stage Paint job that shows very nicely,no tape lines or overspray anywhere. Moreover, No dents, no door dings and no rust is visible. Body panels line up very well and tight doors. Porsche dealer service records from the past 5k miles that show complete front engine service of both cam and balance belts,water pump,rollers,seals,gaskets and more,new front brakes,new rotors, rebuilt ac with service and conversion to 134,alternator, and much more totaling over $7k dollars. However, although this service was done within 1500 miles unfortunately this service was done more than 4 years ago so Porsche suggests doing it all over again! BEWARE BUYER when others tell you this stuff was recently done ask them how long it's been,more than 4 years your throwing the dice when turning that key. Ridiculous I know but this isn't a Lexus. Therefore,to help you out I am including a new gates blue timing belt,they are $100.00 and balance belts,new Laso water pump which is the best at $500.00, new Porsche gaskets and all rubber seals,all OEM and better technology than what's installed by Porsche dealers. The power steering leaks like most of these cars do so I am including a brand new Porsche power steering pump and a rebuilt PS rack,these parts all total over $2,000 and will ensure you close to a new classic car. The AC blows cold but needs a charge since its sat without use. Also,the current cluster shows 49,000 miles and yes it fully works, it was just swapped out with the original cluster last month so that I could send out the original to VDO service and have all of th the light bulbs serviced but the Hurricane sidetracked my plans and I decided not to send it out so ile box it up and Ile put it with the other items in the hatch area. Whereas, you can put it back in the car and therefore retain its actual mileage or you can run the car with the newer replacement, both are the appropriate 160 mph units and are fully functioning.
Also,This car includes the rare Recaro factory power sport seats in even rarer pinstripe suede with leather like bolsters-the combination of fabric and German vinyl/leather is very nice and hold up better as evidenced by the condition of these seats, Porsche script door handles, elevated hub steering wheel, body side moldings and more. All switches work and look new no worn out white paint from fingers over the years, the sunroof opens and closes like it should, headliner is tight no sags, the windows go up and down like they should, the hatch pops open and the hood pops open. No other issues that I can tell from what was already reported. Car has lots of power and the boost comes on strong . I am also including an Alpine CD player to replace the tape deck unit in the car. Sorry no factory radio included.Overall a really nice example of a well cared for low owner Porsche 951. I am owner number 3 and the prior owner spent a considerable amount of money on service to keep the car up over his 15 years of ownership.
Moreover, I currently have a set of 17X9 and 17x8.5" DP racing 3 piece wheels on the car and the factory 86 deep dish dialers are stored, you can choose the DPs for an additional $1500.00 if you prefer, the tires are new Evo series Hankooks 225/45/17 and 265/40/17 and fit the car perfectly only 50 sets of these wheels were produced and I have one of them in 17 inch. I posted a couple of pics showing them on my car. Furthermore, for your consideration and if your wallet can afford it, I also have a 400 hp Lindsey/JME/Speedforce kit for sale as well that would make this car absolutely incredible, bringing it into the 21 century and it is for sale separately in my other auctions as well as aero mirrors,suspension parts and more, SEE MY OTHER AUCTIONS PLEASE ITS VERY 951 helpful. I have full M474-M030 sway bars,shocks and strut,suspension upgrades and much much more. I was going to make this a super car but I have changed my mind and decided to follow other pursuits as I mentioned . Ile make a deal on everything if you prefer but I am not giving stuff away here. For everything well be in the $20k neighborhood but you'll have a new car and a reliable Monster on the streets or track. It took me several months to find this original car and I am selling it for what I am in it for and no less. With the $2,000 in parts I am including you will have a very nice and dependable 951 that you can be very proud of. Any questions please ask prior to buying.I will assist with releasing to your carrier but sorry I am not driving the car anywhere, sold as is where is with right to inspect.Export ok but at your expense. This is a 30 year old car but looks terrific for its age compared to others that I owned and seen,looks like a car with half the miles.
