Description
1990 Porsche 944 S2 2dr Convertible - NO RESERVE means FINAL BIDDER is the WINNER!! Priced to sell. I can and will assist with shipping, if needed. Otherwise, she is turnkey and ready to cruise home!!
This car was purchased by dad, who originally bought it for mom as she always wanted a convertible. However, she didn't know(and still doesn't) know how to drive a stick. Unfortunately, dad got cancer and never made it to teaching mom how to drive it. The car was only used for running around town, to the golf course and back, or on sunny days. Mom is finally realizing that this beautiful car needs to be enjoyed and driven by someone on a much more regular basis. She has come to terms with letting go of dad's last purchase, so it is up for auction.
Below is information on the car and information that we know about this year/model. Also, included is a folder of history and maintenance records, owner’s manual, etc.
It is a 1990 Porsche 944 S2 Cabriolet, told it is a rare(r) find. Car is in excellent condition! This rare color combination of Alpine white with blue top is hard to find. Fun-to-drive car, good manners, lots of looks from other drivers. The vehicle has been meticulously cared for its entire life and has always been stored indoors. Has been adult owned and driven its entire life. The vehicle has a folder of history and maintenance records. There are no major blemishes (rock chips, dents, scratches, rips, tears, etc.). The vehicle originally spent its life in Florida until it was purchased up here in the mid-west. Never seen snow, salt, etc. Convertible top is in fantastic condition with no rips, tears, or issues. Absolutely gorgeous car. Has always been stored indoors, heated garage in winter, and under a car cover (always!).

Told that the 1990 944S2 cabriolet was one of just 1,824 built for the North American market in the model’s penultimate year. Powered by 3.0-liter four-cylinder rated at 208 horsepower and mated to a five-speed manual, this uncommon Porsche still delivers impressive performance, with the added benefit of open-air motoring.

Know several very affordable and cheap shippers within the lower 48 States. Willing to ship and sell outside of the US, if needed. Money must be cleared before vehicle will be released or loaded or driven away. Cash, Cashiers check, Venmo, PayPal, etc. accepted. Reserve the right to end auction if vehicle is sold locally or outside of eBay. $2,000 nonrefundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. If you'd like more pictures, please don't hesitate to ask. I can take and send you any picture you'd like to see. Pictures truly don't do the car justice! As you can see, there are no rips, tears, chips, dents, etc. in the paint, leather interior, or convertible top.
