Description
This is a 1988 Porsche 944, with a clean Texas title, that runs and drives good. This Porsche starts easily, idles good, shifts through all the gears properly. New parts include, battery, fuel pump, fuel filters, fresh oil, new clutch master cylinder. The car is equipped with AC though it is not cold, the power seats do not move in all the directions, the paint and body has some blemishes. I have not tried opening the sunroof, it does not leak, but I'm not sure how old the weather stripping is.
This Porsche does have "S" badging, it does not have the twin cam engine. I do not believe this is an "S", my guess would be that a previous owner put the "S" badges on it and tried to pass it off as one.
I have had a lot of 944s over the years, I would say this one is in average condition for a non restored 944. It does run and drive, I have taken it on a 75 mile drive, but it could also use a few little things as expected for an old car.
