Porsche 911 993 Carrera 2 C2 manual coupe.

Porsche 993 C2 in 'Steve McQueen' 6408 non metallic slate grey with Marble grey/black leather interior. I have owned this car for around 2 years. During my ownership I have spent a lot of time and money improving the condition of the car and slightly changing the appearance. The car has had a glass out refurbishment including addressing light corrosion in the windscreen corners. The rest of the paint was in flat/tired condition so the car was repainted in grey. The original colour was non metallic black, this has been retained in the door shuts, engine bay and underbonnet, along with the original under-bonnet sticker. I decided to do this to retain the originality of the car. If the new owner wished to it would be very easy to return the car to it's original colour.
The other modifications that I have made are all easily reversible and are bolt on, with the original components retained, I have not even cut any of the loom to fit the front brake ducts, all just plug in.
The modifications from standard are;
1973 RS style duck tail engine cover, fitted with new genuine SC grille. (original engine lid and spoiler are included and have been painted in grey).Genuine new 18 inch Fuchs wheels with Pirelli tyres. (original 16 inch wheels/tyres included, 17 inch cup 2 wheels/tyres also available at extra cost).RS style brake ducts LED side lights (original fog lights included)Clear front/red rear indicators. (originals included). Painted in code 6408 slate grey. new rubbers, seals, bumper brackets etc996 'GT3' 3 spoke airbag steering wheel. (original 4 spoke and airbag included).TAG Heuer clock face, (original face included).Carrera decals. Easy to remove should you wish.Naturally I have images of the car before this work.
The car drives well and has been well maintained, I have known it for years, as it was owned by a good friend. I am a Porsche fanatic and have owned a number of air-cooled 911s over the years, this is a good example. it has never been crashed, has been looked after and drives very well. The interior is bright and fresh, unlike most that are looking tired by now.
It comes with a file full of old MOTs, invoices etc. 2 keys, 2 remote PA1000 transponders and the original service pack.

This car really stands out from the crowd in a subtle way.

Update. the car now has the benefit of a full 24,000 mile service from Autostrasse who gave it a clean bill of health and a new MOT.
