1999 PORSCHE 911 996 CARRERA 4 COUPE SILVER

beautiful 911 in lovely condition and in my opinion the best colour combination metallic silver with grey leather with full 12 month MOT, i have owned the car for 4months now and it is an absolute pleasure !! i searched for around 7 months and looked at around 6 vehicles and this one really did stand out . The bodywork has never had any paint , there are no dints , heavy scratches etc . The interior is in fantastic condition with no rips or stains and is virtually unmarked . the car benefits from sunroof , xenon headlights , parking sensors and a premium pioneer sat-nav system with bluetooth hands free and phone prep which also plays cd's and dvd's . The alloy wheels are the 19 inch turbo ribs which have recently had a full refurb with fx paint at wrc preston , tyres are good ! . there is a Dansk exhaust system fitted by the previous owner which makes the car sound as it should . tiptronic gear box is smooth and responsive , recently had new air-con condensers fitted so they blow ice cold ! the car was last serviced by porsche wilmslow in november 2014 and since has only covered 3000 miles . There are stacks of receipts of works that have been carried out over the vehicles life , most of which has been carried out at porsche dealers . The car has done 104,000 miles , but there is a reciept off paragon porsche confirming that there was an engine replacement at 45,000 miles at a cost of £7500 so technically the engine has done around 59,000 miles , this was a major selling point to me as on the early 996 they had problems in the early water cooled engines anyway with this in mind i thought it was beneficial to buy one which had an engine replacement so the purchaser can have peace of mind . The service book has been lost , but as i say the stacks of invoices , old mot's backs up the mileage and also gives a true indication to how much has been spent on the vehicle . When i was in the process of searching for a 911 i looked at so many with so called 70,000 miles and they came no where near this one in regards to condition and performance , it looks and drives 100% the car is a credit to its previous owners who have not spared any expense
Now onto the big question why am i selling after only 4 months of ownership ???? well thats an easy answer , me and my wife have just found out we are expecting our 2nd child so the car is just too impractical and as this is my everyday car having a 2 year old and a new born it just isnt going to work , so reluctantly it has to go , needs must etc ! if i could afford it i would put it under a sheet (which i do have and will come with the car when sold ) in a garage as these are one of the best investments to make in a vehicle , the price will only go up
