For sale is my Porsche Cayenne S 4.5

A superb head-turning vehicle, in metallic black – it has been fully de-chromed to give it a modern and sporting look, and has contrasting red brake callipers to all wheels.

The interior is black leather and is in great condition, particularly for the age, in both the front and rear. Unlike so many other vehicles around, the driver's seat is virtually spotless, with no splits or tears to the side bolster.

This Porsche is in excellent condition inside and out, and is in perfect working order. In fact, it comes with a brand new MOT, carried out less than a month ago in May 2014. And there were no advisories – so there's unlikely to be any expensive repair work for the next MOT. It is also taxed for another three months, to 30 September 2014, and has just had a new rear tyre (£225) and battery (£165).

It's a real pleasure to drive, and has been well maintained. The service book itself is only partially stamped, but there's a very sizeable stack of paperwork with thousands of pounds worth of invoices and receipts for work done over the years.

At just 96k miles, it's on the low side for most vehicles at this end of the market – most of which have done well in excess of 120k.

The car is packed with all the extras you could want, including:

There is very little bad to say about this Porsche, but I believe in being completely open when selling a car, so here's everything that I can find to criticise. Cosmetically, the bodywork is in really excellent condition all around, but there is (i) a light scuff to the rear passenger-side door (see photo) and a light scuff to the passenger-side bumper with a slight crack to the light cluster surround (see photo). All the electrics are in very good order, except that the CD changer, park assist and four-wheel-drive system are not working. Unless you intend to off-road in the car, you won't ever want to use 4WD but if you do the fix is a transfer servo motor - about £125 on eBay. It is in need of a replacement side light bulb, but this is a very cheap fix. With the interior, the leather is in superb condition, aside from a blemish near the driver's-side window button, and a few light marks on one of the rear passenger seats (see photo).

Overall, this is one of the very best Porsche Cayennes around - it looks beautiful (the colour combination of black-on-black is stunning and is in very high demand) and is in great order, having been well maintained throughout its life, and with a new MOT (with no advisories).

It comes with a personal plate (T18 EKA), which is worth several hundred pounds and hides the age of the car, making it virtually indistinguishable from later years costing twice as much.

All of the original booklets are present, and there are three keys – the two standard ones, and the additional emergency key. The key-fob batteries are on the low side and could do with being replaced.
