Description
Car was stored in a garage in the late 60's left storage since.
Things Of Note:
The engine is probably working but need to be cleaned before you start it. (VW engine fitted). The original engine is in bad conditions and it is included in the sale.
We have the original side view mirror even though not pictured. Took it off after a few close calls in my garage.
Has typical front quarter, floorboard, and battery box area rust.
Drivers side interior door panel and window is missing.
Passenger side wiper arm missingEverything else there.
Original hood crest and Porsche script was removed with holes leaded in for reasons unknown.
Rear bumper and tag light assembly is missing as the result of a minor rear end fender bender (see pictures). Never been in an accident .
Has the original bent front windshield which goes for 5k alone from what I have seen.
Convertible top is original. Even though the fabric would need repair/replacement, it has all the mechanical parts, latches, wood sill, etc.
Seats are in excellent shape and have all hardware.
Fuel tank original and in great shape. Looks clean when peering inside. Wasn't parked with gas inside for years.
Steering gearbox, shift linkage, suspension, steering wheel, column, turn switches, intact and in working order.
Hood and bonnet releases, emergency brake lever still operational.
