All vehicles are for sale locally and online. All sales require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of sale agreement. Deposits can be made by phone with credit card (American Express, Visa, Discover, Master Card), cash or cashier’s check. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, advertising costs, Internet listing fees and lost dealership productivity. Full payment is to be received within 7 days from initial deposit. Full payment is due before vehicle delivery. All sales are subject to a $100 document preparation charge and a $200 dealer internet administrative fee. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for taxes and registration fees in their own states. Please have verifiable funds or pre-approved loan available at time of purchase. We will be happy to fax or mail you duplicate copies of the paperwork; one for you to keep, and one for you to sign and return. Once payment is received or the loan proceeds have been dispersed, you can then make arrangements to take delivery of the vehicle. Vehicles are driven daily so miles may increase slightly so please call for current miles of utmost. All our vehicles are pre-owned and they are sold in 'As Is' condition. All sales are finalized at our place of business. Pre-buy vehicle inspections are encouraged and will be performed on our premises. Inspections performed after the point of sale will NOT be accepted or considered. Some vehicles are still under factory warranty (check description) or an extended warranty of your choice may be purchased. We encourage trade-ins and can give you an estimated value of your vehicle over the phone, text or by e-mail. Once the vehicle leaves our location, all responsibility for the vehicle becomes that of the customer and/or the transport company. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees or self-arranged transportation, however we do offer FREE airport pickup from the Little Rock National Airport and there is also a local Rental car drop off if you decide to do a 1-way rental.
