Hello and welcome to the sale of our family bus!
We have owned this particular Espace (it is our 4th Espace) since 28th June 2007 - 1 previous recorded owner, making this a 2 owner vehicle
Let's get the bad bits out of the way:
Aircon: could do with a re-gas
Sunroof: has now been reset and is fully operational along with the interior blind
Driver's seat: arm rest ratchet broken
Bodywork: a few shopping dings/dents, and a few minor scratches - this is a big car which has been used as a family wagon, so please do not expect showroom condition, I am merely trying to be honest rather than mislead anyone
If you are looking for a very versatile family car, removals van, Ikea delivery truck, then this is the car for you
Serviced fully throughout it's time with us, all bar the last two were with Renault
Original bill of sale has this car at £30,484.21 on 27th June 2007 with following extras:
Metallic Paint
Electric panoramic sunroof
Opening tailgate window (extremely useful if someone cleverly parks right up your bumper!)
7th seat: not originally supplied with this spec of Espace, listed as £425.53 +vat on it's own!
Quick release tow bar: never been used by us but a £331.91 +vat option at time of purchase
Why are we selling?
Our kids have grown up and we have two of them now driving their own cars, we simply do not need a vehicle of this size for family trips/holidays/excursions etc. anymore
Will be sad to lose the versatility of this car, but just taking up too much space on the drive now that we are having to constantly shuffle cars
Full leather interior, black with grey piping.
Rubber mats from the drivers seat backwards - helps minimise any mistakes should something be dropped or spilt
Car is not perfect, however I have tried to be as open and honest with you as possible.
Please remember you are bidding to buy an 8.5 year old car
We have been offered £3000.00 as part exchange, so this is my starting point - I see these cars with this spec and higher mileage going for +£4500.00 on Auto trader, but I'm trying to be fair to the new owner to give them some room to fix any of the above if they so chose to do so.
Payment to be cash on collection, cheques will need to be cleared before car is released
