Description
This is my 2010 Renaultsport Megane 250 in Black which is quite rare being the "full fat" luxury model with the Cup chassis fitted as a factory option,
the standard Cup model has a MUCH lower spec than this car.
Standard features include:
Full heated leather sports interior (I found these to be more comfortable than the Recaros and the heated function is great on a cold morning)
Keyless unlocking and start.
CD hifi with USB MP3 function and Bluetooth.
Automatic headlights.
Automatic wipers.
Cruise control.
Reverse parking sensors.
Optional extras include:
Directional HID headlights (extremely bright lights which turn with the steering so they always shine where you're looking, not where the car's pointing)
Daytime running lights.
Fully integrated Tomtom satnav.
19" Steev alloy wheels.
Contrasting Silver front blade, wing mirrors and rear diffuser.
Factory Cup chassis with Red Brembo calipers, grooved brake discs and Limited slip differential.
It has just over 43k on the clock with a full service history, the last service being done at 38k. All manuals and handbook are present.
New front Continentals recently fitted and excellent rear Continentals (same type as fitted when new)
It has just had a health check at my Renault dealer and all is good with good life left on all brake pads etc.
A VERY common fault on these cars is failure of the smart charging system, which requires a new alternator which is £650 fitted at Renault, mine has just been done with a 12 month guarantee.
The only bad points are a small scratch on the silver front panel (as visible in the pictures) a few marks on the wheels and two of the tyre pressure sensors don't seem to be working, this is probably just the batteries but I always prefer to check tyre pressures myself so I havn't looked into it. And the usual small stonechips on the front bumper, hardly noticable.
This car looks great, drives and smells as new and is extremely fast and smooth (these engines generally put out around 270-80 BHP rather than the 250 Renault quote)
Only selling as I have two cars and need to reduce that to one, the other car refused to sell so I'm afraid the Renault's got to go.
Any question please contact me through ebay, I'm in Chesterfield Derbyshire for viewings/collection.
