1970 Renault R16 TS

For auction Very Rare 1970 Renault r16 ts four speed manual.The TS has the gordini head which was also used in the Alpine lots of power and runs very well,this rare vehicle was built in Canada the sticker is still on the rear window the paint is new and done to a high quality as the photos show.The car was originally gold but it was not a nice shade so I changed it to french blue and took all the doors hood and tailgate off to do a proper colour change,the car is very solid underneath and runs very well,all the lights work as does the front power windows,the rear seat has a couple of small splits and so do the front,not major but I wanted to mention them, all the service and parts manual come with the Renault along with some spare parts,i have spent a lot of money bringing the car to where it is now but I have since found another car that I have to invest,hence this one is for sale any questions please email me and I will answer you promptly the Renault is being sold as is with no warrenty implied or given,thank you and good luck bidding!
The Fog lights are a rare period option Cibie’s,I’ve been asked if there is any rust in the 16 there is not,the car was very clean when I bought it other than some in the lower front which was replaced properly
I would dare say it’s one of the best R16’s you will find in North America
