1957 LaDawri Conquest

Wow what a great find! I am helping sell this super-cool, very-rare, extremely-desirable, original-survivor, 1957 LaDawri Conquest to help settle an estate. Since Mr. Lobb saw this car featured on the cover of the July 1957 Road and Track, he knew he had to have one. This fiberglass car was built to compete with Corvettes and other sports cars of the time.
The body is in very good condition - never painted, only primed. He found the perfect 1953 Chrysler chassis with the correct dimensions that he mated perfectly with the body. He mounted a 283, V8 small block in the engine compartment.
Unfortunately, health issues never allowed this beautiful car to be finished. It sat in the garage, covered up, until now. The body is complete - including the inner fender wells. A 1957 Chevrolet pickup windshield is needed and readily available. This car is a great candidate for someone wanting to finish a classic or build a sports car.
This is truly a great investment - climbing in value every year. This vehicle is being sold with absolutely NO RESERVE.
