RILEY FALCON 1 ½ litre
1936 Riley Falcon was first registered in Cambridge England on 31st August 1935 as BCE 35 and was last licensed in the UK in 1959.
The car arrived in Australia, probably sometime in the early 1960’s. The car was found in a wood yard in Port Melbourne in the mid 1970’s. It was restored over a period of 12 years.
I have owned the car for the past 5 years.
During the past 5 years, the car has been professionally resprayed including the wheels
The car has a restored British Berkshire Wiper Motor from UK, a new SU fuel pump electronic positive earth, a new battery and new exhaust pipe.
The leather seats are original. The opening back window is unusual and was an optional extra.
Chassis No 26 F 2943
Car is in Bendigo, and is driven regularly.
