Description
Minor restoration project car. Suitable for cheap runaround with tow bar.
Fair to good condition 1984 ROVER VandenPlas with 3500 V8 Engine on straight LPG only.
Colour - Zircon Light Metallic Blue.
GM-180 3 speed Auto Transmission - operates good.
Engine runs smooth with Vitesse sports inlet manifold (worth$800 in itself giving 20% more power and less fuel consumption). Engine bay clean. Distributer = points, not electronic.
Power assisted rack & pinion steering. Tyres ok - almost new tread.
Some dents and minor clearcoat loss and minor repairable rust on sunroof and chassis.
Interior intact & fair but needs retrimming leather seats, door trims and headliner..
Currently has a SE Badge on rear which looks better than the VDP one.
Generally a smooth car to drive of this type. Drove car for year.
Has new tinted windscreen and no rust or leaks on windscreen surfaces.
Sold as is - and invite serious buyers to inspect and test drive.
