Description

My 1999 Monte Carlo yellow 9-3 2 DR Turbocharged d 4 Cyl. convertible with grey leather seats is a joy to drive top up or down. VIN YS3DD75N3X7059833
I have driven my Saab on the steep and winding snow covered roads in the Catskill mountains where I used to live and had no problem with its front wheel drive and there is nothing better than driving the smooth and winding roads of Nantucket on a summer day where I vacation. The new battery insures it starts right up and the recent brakes, and Firestone new tires (along with new wheels) insures my Saab stops quickly, smoothly and safely.
Because so much work anyone would expect on a car of this vintage has already been done, I am asking for $3200. You will not find a Monte Carlo yellow Saab 9-3 turbocharged five speed manual transmission anywhere else in the USA and even if you did find one, it would cost thousands of dollars more. This Saab is on its way to be a classic.
My Saab's clutch is so well made that after 228,553 miles it still has the original clutch. In 2013 my Saab was struck in the passenger quarter panel. The dent was repaired and the whole side repainted. In 2018 my Saab was struck in the rear. All that was need was a new rear painted bumper. Both resulting in new paint and old paint. I was quoted only $800 to bring my Saab back up to new glowing Monte Carlo yellow over the whole car including the slight rust line at the edge of the trunk lid. The CD sound system is great and the radio works although the antenna motor needs to be replaced at a cost of $275. . The AC is weak but this is a spring, summer with the top down, and fall with the top up or down the lack of cold AC has not bothered me so I have not got it recharged. I drove it daily all winter this past year with no problem.
Contact me please and schedule a visit at my home in Milford CT for a test drive. I do help to sell my Saab this week.
I have a recent list of service records. All oil changes were with synthetic oil and regular oil and air filters at no more than 3,000 miles.
Much that could go wrong with my Saab has been fixed.
