Description
Rego until 26-06
A few things would be required for RWC just dont have time
Goes good
Drivers seat has tears in leather
Gearbox slips a bit between 2 and 3.
Needs wheel align/balance
tyres and wheels good
Passenger seat doesnt fold forward--i think just wire uncoupled from lever on side of seat to mechanism that unlocks fold of seat---Just climb in or get in through drivers side at present to get in the back. Seat is good. Seems like easy thing to fix..
some old damage to LHS rear-- will put up some photos of damage and with top down asap
Roof works and in pretty good condition
Windscreen washer bottle leaks water, dont know if it is cracked or just a o-ring at pump--easy fix either way just too many other things to do.
Car goes good but does need some work. Its not too bad but I am trying to let you know what is needed for rwc so you know it is not in perfect condition.
Doesnt overheat etc. Previous owner said head gasket changed by local mechanic but light on dash never switched off as need to take to Saab person to turn light off.
Great opportunity for someone with a bit of mechanical and fixer up knowledge.
Drive it home this week.
Just back from trips to Coffs harbour and Gold Coast--- No problems at all except for those mentioned. Wheel alignment/balance and 2-3 slip in gbox.
Low start price is reserve . Cheers
