No tear in the seats

Front struts replaced and alignment done less than 500 miles ago. Rear shocks are good.
New transmission mounts and rear brakes
No leaks
Cons:
Hesitates to go into reverse some times - I looked up several saab forums and it says the shifter needs adjusted and I dont know how to and many mechanics here in town dont want to do it either. The trans shifts just fine on all other gears including the overdrive but sometimes it doesnt go into reverse. It needs a few try, thats all. NO GRINDING or SLIPPING
Minor cracks on the dash board - but in top condition for the age
Front bumper lower part has some cracks - see picture
Dash board facia has peeled off. Can be wrapped again in carbon fiber pattern or any other.
Wheels/Rims are getting old and the surface is peeling
Vehicle was refinished a couple of years ago by the previous owner and has some over spray on some of the plastics
