Description

What can I say about this car? It is my first car and my baby and I love this car to death, but it's time to let it go and find something new. I've had this car for 3 years and I've loved every second of it. Nice clean 2001 Saab 9-3 SE for sale. It's got over 150,000 miles on it but it runs like a dream. Let's start with the pros. This car is so much fun to drive. It has a turbo in it and when you step on it, it's got some giddy up and go, and the sound of the turbo is just orgasmic. It handles great in the snow and heater warms up the car in the winter. A nice sunroof for the summer and some ice cold AC to go with that. This car has been built from the ground up basically, all fluids were replaced just under 1000 miles ago. That includes brake fluid, coolant, and oil with an oil change. Brand new struts and front rotors with sports grade brake pads. A new exhaust pipe was put in with brand new spark plugs. A new radiator was put in under 5,000 miles ago. Car also has a new direct ignition cassette in place and a spare in the trunk (included with the car). Throttle body was just cleaned 2,000 miles ago. Air filter is clean and battery is running good. A new engine gasket was put on too. An alternator was put in about 2 years ago at the same time of a brand new brake booster system. Oil pump replaced to stop leaking oil too not too long ago. A transmission motor mount was just placed so the engine rides real smooth now too. It really has been taken care of. It was garage kept when I bought it. The interior is just as nice. A brand new SID was placed a year ago and leather seats are very nice. Back seats are almost perfect and the front seats are in great condition. Does need a good deep vacuum but isn't dirty otherwise. Sound system does leave a little to be desired though. Car comes with original manual too. On top of all this, inspection stickers are brand new and good until September 2016. There are a few downsides though. The exterior is in almost perfect condition except for a minor scratch on the driver door (it was there when I bought it I swear). The hood is missing the emblem too (even though I have tried to replace it TWICE using super glue to keep it there too). Windshield washing fluid does not run to the back window and it is missing the antenna for On Star, but who uses On Star? Other than that, the exterior is in near perfect shape. There is a check engine light for an Evap leak. Not a big issue. The stickers are up to date and the Evap leak won't cause the car to break down or anything, as a matter of the fact, if the light wasn't there, you wouldn't notice a thing. It's something that needs to be fixed before next inspection but that's a ways off. Like I said, not a big deal at all. The car does run on 93 grade gasoline and has a 17 gallon tank but it averages about 24.1 mpg combined so it's relatively fuel efficient. It's a great car to own and I will be sad to see it go, but baby bird's gotta fly sometime soon. The asking price is $2,500 which is what I want for it but the price is very negotiable and I'm willing to be flexible. Nothing too off the wall though. Feel free to text me at anytime of the day with your best offer. Checks and cash accepted but must be in full price agreed upon. If you have any more questions than what can be answered by reading this (first, what the heck, I told you everything about the car) secondly text or email me and I will be more than happy to answer them.
