I am selling my YReg Silver Skoda Fabia Elegance 1.4 16v. Petrol.. Manual. 5 door hatchback.. Low milage 87,000. 2 owners from new. .Top speck when new!! 3mths tax & 6mths mot 4 practically new tyres!
I can honestly say that who ever buys this car will find that, yes it needs some tlc to bring it back to it's former glory but, just a few quid spent (as reflected in the price) will find that they have a genuinely lovely
reliable little spacious runaround for a few years to come.
This car is solid, rust free!!It comes with long mot and 3 mths tax!!
The only reason for sale is because I have bought another car.
If this car was in perfect condition it would be up for sale for around 1,800.00.. The milage on the car when I bought it was 17,000.00 so hardly used really over the last 10 yrs..
It comes top speck with Air/Con-Airbags-P.A.S- Alloy wheels- Stereo..all electrics- Heated seats & Wing Mirrors. tinted windows..central locking..two remote keys.. Metalic silver paint. drives very well & economically.. cheap Tax
This is a really nice car, easy to drive, very nippy due to the 16valves, but also very economical,, I have really enjoyed driving this car over the yrs & I still love the metallic silver colour.. and 5 doors hatchmakes this a much more roomy & desirable family car. Thanks for looking.. sensible offers considered:)
Any Negatives the
The only downsides are surface damage to bottom left side (Pictures show this) This occurred when a not so bright argos delivery driver decided to reverse his truck down a very narrow rd with my car parked in it's path.It is mainly surface and would not cost a lot to sort out. I have spoken to a few people about the damage to rear to passenger side and it seems that it could be sorted out for little cost.
There is also an issue with the passenger side window not opening or closing properly, so it is out of action at the moment. I have all of the fittings that were removed at the time.d I just haven't got around to sorting it out. I have been advised that the cost to sort the window out is £70/80 only!
There is a small patch of material & little foam missing from drivers side seat, not too bad for yr. Rest of the seat is perfect. All the rest of the seats are in mint condition.
I have had some issues in the past with the engine management lights showing faults where there isn't a fault. I have just got used to them having a life of there own and they genuinely go off & on randomly I have had the car checked on a few occasions that this has happed and the mechanic cannot find anything wrong. I have had the car checked in Skoda Main dealer on a few occasions, at a big cost , which showed faults that didn't exist..For e.g my power steering light comes on goes off comes on, goes off, etc and has done now for 4yrs, my mechanic back then told me to keep driving it because the chance , that it was just a dodgy sensor was quite high, and that's what it turned out to be. The Cam was changed when the car had done 56,000 mls.
