2007 SKODA FABIA 3 85 YELLOW 12 months MOT only 38k!!

Hi For sale is my parents Skoda Fabia Only 38k miles with full service history Just past its MOT with no problems, has always had what its needed and always passed first time Has all its books and bookpack and 2 remote KEYS and receipts and previous MOTS Only 1 previous owner My parents bought the Fabia from the main dealer in Halifax Its been a great car for them but now have bought another The car is fully HPI clear ***There is one problem currently with the car, there is a leak somewhere when it rains heavy! It causes the passenger is front well to get water in it*** I have had a look to try and find it and i think it is coming from the sunroof but im not totally sure Someone who knows these cars may fix this is 5 minutes!! This is the reason the car is very cheap and potentially make alot of money for someone? These cars with similar or more money are around £4000+ We would just like a quick sale as the car is no longer been used, but the car will not go anywhere for a penny less than £2000!
