My wifes Skoda Octavia VRS PD 150k mileage
Full service history, serviced every year with VAG long life oil, the car is actually on the long life 2 year schedule but I have always believe in regular oil changes, all documented in the history file.
Recent new front disks and pads
Last service was Dec14, about 6k ago.
My wife has owned this car for 5 years, every day she commutes to Hastings a 60mile round trip so the car hasn't done hard mileage, before us it was a lease car and did 90k in 2 years so all motorway mileage.
It has never let us down and been a superb car and will be missed. A new job and baby means she now has a 4x4, doesn't have the boot, performance or economy of the Skoda !
The car has been economy custom remapped by the best Jabbasport, the troublesome DPF was removed at the same time. Has its rolling road report here at 197bhp, over the last 50k this car has averaged over 50mpg, on a run will do more. Best mix of economy and performance, do you research and you will find the DPF causes nothing but problems on these cars, the engine was never designed with one. The engine is well regarded as one of the best VAG units, it was recalled a few years back and the updated injectors were fitted by Skoda.
At 100k the suspension was changed for fully adjustable units and fitted and setup by Wheels in Motion, adjustable Whiteline Anti Roll bars were also fitted. Not a hard ride.
Has a bluetooth car kit professionally fitted.
For its age and mileage its the best available, its not immaculate but is in very good condition.
