2005 SKODA OCTAVIA AMBIENTE TDI PD8V BEIGE

Great reliable car with bags of space selling due to relocating to city.
Minor chips and scratches but no dents and no major rust. No damage or wear on interior..reasonable condition.

Timing belt done at 124000
Good condition for its age runs very smooth and drives great. Never an issue with starting. List price is £2250
Just had £350 worth done on rear end. Full brakes and callipers.
Minor issues:
Sunroof needs resealed at somepoint. It is closed now but if opened sometimes does not reseal properly letting in a few drips if it rains. It is closed and completely dry just now. It the sunroof that only crack a few inches anyway not a full retracting one.
Drivers window does not go down sometimes. Im told the door panel needs to come off and something realigned in there as the motor/switch appears to be working fine.
Power steering light on the dash. It was there when i bought car 5 months ago. Chap i bought it off said it had been on for 2 years but no garage could find issue with steering. I had my garage check it out with same result. According to internets the power steering indicator is a common sensor fault with Skodas. As i said it steers absolutely tip top.
